Lucía Romero studies how neighbourhoods change when rents rise and who stays behind. Her fieldwork has taken her from Valencia to Zurich.
She directs the doctorate in Urban Studies and supervises candidates across three faculties.
Every spring she leads a walking seminar through the city, open to students from any programme.
