Freja Lindqvist is a typographer and type designer. She worked on signage for airports and hospitals in Scandinavia before she began teaching.
She leads the research on type for public signs, testing how letterforms hold up at distance, at speed and in poor light.
In the Visual Communication master she teaches the grid and editorial design studios, and she gives the public lecture on grids every autumn.
